Order

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address with all the necessary information about your product such as prices, order number, delivery address and billing information. You as a customer are obliged to provide correct information about you and your delivery address. If there are any inaccuracies in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@anisamodest.com.

All orders via our online store are sent by Postnord. When the goods have arrived at the agent, you will receive either a letter home, a text via email and/or a text message to the mobile phone number you provided. From the time the package arrives at the delivery point, you have 14 days to collect it, after which the agent sends the package back to us. We will charge you for the additional return costs. Please note that in case of unclaimed packages, Anisamodest charges a non-refundable fee of SEK 179 in addition to the shipping costs.

 

Delivery and shipping details 

Our delivery times are between 1-3 working days within Sweden and 4-6 working days outside Sweden. Orders placed on public holidays are sent on the first weekday after the weekend. Delivery times can be affected for various reasons, in case of discrepancies regarding this, we will contact you based on the information you have provided. You as a customer have the obligation to provide correct information about you so that we can reach you smoothly if necessary. If there are delays in the delivery without you having been informed of an extended delivery time, you should contact us at info@anisamodest.com.  Freight within Sweden is a minimum of 79 kr depending on the weight of the product you order. 

 

Cancellation and Returns 

Anisamodest accepts exchanges and returns of goods within  7 days. If you want to exchange or return an item, it is important that you first contact us via info@anisamodest.com, stating your order number.

To be able to use your right of withdrawal, the item you want to exchange or return must be in the same condition as when you received it. The products must not be used, washed or smell different from the original. When exchanging or returning, you are always responsible for the shipping cost, which is you buy yourself when returning. except for complaints. We inspect all goods before shipping to customers. If, despite this, there are deviations on the product, it is important that you take pictures of the product after picking it up from the agent and immediately contact info@anisamodest.com. Enter your order number and describe the error.

Please note that any returns must be sent on the 7th day. We therefore recommend that you contact us in good time. You always wait for a response from us by email before sending a return. If you email us in time but we do not have time to respond within 24 hours, we always count from the day you have emailed us. We relate to the Consumer Agency's legislation on the right of withdrawal, see here for more information.

info@anisamodest.com and let us know that you want to return the product. Include your order number and the reason for the return in the email. We usually respond within 1-2 working days.

 

2. To return the product, you need to buy a shipping label at your nearest Postnord agent. The easiest way to do this is by visiting their website or by going in person to the agent. The shipping label should then be attached to the package that you send back.

3. Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transportation. Please use the original package.

Refund

Refunds are made when returning an item as soon as it has arrived with us. We make an assessment of the condition of the product and in case of deviation from the original, there may be a reduction in value. We will contact you by email and the refund will be made via the payment service you used for your purchase.

 

Complaint

If your complaint is approved, we will fix the fault or replace you with an equivalent product. We also have the right to refuse a complaint in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We follow the General Complaints Board's (ARN) recommendations and we refer to their website in the event of a dispute, https://www.arn.se/

 

Prices and fees

Our prices are clearly stated on all our products. Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and always include 25% VAT. Both prices and fees may change for various reasons due to circumstances beyond our control. Examples of these circumstances are raw material price reductions or increases from the original companies, changes in currencies and VAT. When such types of changes occur, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and fees by the corresponding amount.
